Dinner

What's for dinner?

As we'll see, there is good size block of protein in every meal along with a huge pile of vegetables.  (As some say, I probably eat more vegetables in a give day than many vegetarians (since they tend to eat a lot of bread / rice / pasta).

Proteins:

Wild Caught Sockeye Salmon
Mahi Mahi
Scallops
Grass Fed (why grass fed)
Buffalo steak
Chicken or turkey (not that often)

Veggies - stir fried in oil - Avocado, Coconut, Macadamia, Sesame, Walnut - all oils with high "smoke points" and almost always organic and unfiltered.

Broccoli
Brussel Sprouts
Cauliflower
Garlic
Kale (red, green, lacinato)
Mustard Greens
Onion or shallot
Squash
Sweet Potato (maybe once a week)

Okay, so how does this stuff look on the plate?  Yum!

Grass fed burger, asparagus, brussel sprout, cauliflower, kale, shallot

Variation - with an egg and bacon!

This is either a grassfed beef strip or a buffalo strip

Scallops w/ BACON

Fresh, Copper River Sockeye Salmon - about 12 oz - feed your inner Grizzly Bear
