Here's a quick tour of my workout equipment.  It's pretty simple stuff, and every now and then, I add something new.

1.  Pullup bar - created from various plumbing and hardware parts at Home Depot or Lowe's



2.  Weight set - includes:  Perfect Pushup (never used) + various weights:
20 lbs
25 lbs
33 lbs
40 lbs
55 lbs




3.  Bungee and Jumprope



4.  My new Vibrams.  Feeling good so far.




5.  My stationary bike



 6.  Fine motor control exercises - between sets while resting.
